We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical planning specialist to join our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to optimize operations and meet organizational objectives and this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a knack for problem-solving and also, full cost responsibility for the project costs specified in the portion of costs.Your responsibilities Dispatching personnel according to the personnel planning and keeping a Project execution supporting the personnel who are assigned for the duration of the project and according to the personnel planning. Evaluating and distributing of the assembly reports and other correspondence and ensuring that the construction site is immediately supplied with the necessary information, instructions, personnel and material. Continuous checking of the accrued costs through a comparison of budget and actual costs in SAP, so that deviations are identified early on, and corresponding measures can be initiated. Evaluation of the progress reports and informing the project managers and any further partners on the status of the work (AD reports), on the progress (progress report), and on the accrued costs (cumulative working hours and costs). Minimum 7 years of experience with GIS is preferred. Previous experience with SF6 GAS-Handling and PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS Product knowledge preferred. Having capability use MS project professionally.
