The Projects Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple engineering projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays or additional costs.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Allocate and optimize resources effectively across multiple projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in projects management within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
