Job Description

  • Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers and site teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of fit-out projects, from concept design to completion.
  • Implement best practices in fit-out project management to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and clients.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the project teams.
  • Manage the project budgets and oversee financial performance.
  • Approve cost estimates, change orders, and invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or timelines.
