Job Summary:
Facilitating and coordinating efforts amongst project stakeholders aiming to clearly define project profile, mitigate imminent issues, develop action plans and inform concerned parties with any changes in plan to ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality of delivered projects. As well as ensuring file management with proper adherence to project frameworks.
Educational Level :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Outlining meeting agendas and topics of discussion, as well as preparing necessary presentation materials.
- Organizing, attending and facilitating stakeholder meetings and ensuring stakeholders’ full understanding of project requirements, objectives and scope.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and recording detailed meeting minutes.
- Recommending action plans and countermeasures that best serve projects’ objectives and reporting any changes to concerned parties.
- Comparing actual progress of ongoing projects with the planned schedules and generating periodic reports to related parties, accordingly.
- Maintaining an appropriate level of file management as per Leejam’s standards and ensuring that all projects undertaken by Leejam adhere to their designated frameworks.
- Compiling request for tender (RFT) letters that demand services from external parties (contractors, engineering consultant offices) and ensuring that RFTs accurately entail project scope, objective, requirements, etc.
- Recommending procedures that aim to streamline project workflow and improve collaboration amongst the Construction & Projects section.
- Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
