Job Description

Project Specialist will support the Operations Manager and the BU Head in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting projects with the use of ALJE project management methodology.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the required scope.

Develop proper tools to monitor and track the progress of the projects and update project progress on ALJE PM tools such as Teamwork and Project Trackers.

Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.

Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation and update project libraries.

Support the management of the necessary communication activities.

Reporting project progress to Health management and escalating with interventions when needed.

Basic understanding of PM Methodologies and implementation.

Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral).
