The Project Sales Manager will to lead and drive sales for air conditioning systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.


Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the air conditioning sector.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Generate leads and secure new projects by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and project progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the air conditioning
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
