Join our Smart Infrastructure Building Project Management Office as the Project Resource Coordinator and help us managing the resourced manpower process.
Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
•Conduct the recruitment process from onboarding to offboarding for the external manpower.
•Checks all documents, approvals, declaration, quotation, salary break down and ensure the quality and they are consistent with the company guideline.
•Creates PR and send it with necessary documents to concern dep. to create respective PO for the manpower service provider for all external MP new joining and the existing employees, and make sure all have valid PO.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee records and files.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, company policy, and guideline.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
•Receive service providers comments and direct them to the concerned persons to solve the problem.
•Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring is a plus.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
•Below 5 Years experience in HR function.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency with MS Office and using a computer.
•Fluency in both written and spoken English.
•Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask.
•Efficiently prioritize and manage workload.
