Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee key training projects within the Success Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of training programs while aligning with client expectations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the training and consultancy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Oversee end-to-end execution of training projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Work with the Learning Experience Team to deploy relevant digital tools in all training projects.
Take over projects from the Solutions Team to ensure the delivery of agreed contractual scopes.
2.Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of training initiatives.
Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure expectations are met.
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
Build strong client relationships to drive long-term engagement and repeat business.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to align project strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with trainers, content developers, and facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Manage dependencies across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and timelines.
Work with the Marketing Team to coordinate success story showcases and produce promotional videos that highlight expertise and impact.
4.Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization:
Track and analyse project performance, ensuring key metrics such as client satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely delivery are met.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
Ensure all training programs meet quality standards and are delivered within scope and budget.
Provide constant reporting on project execution and update internal systems to ensure transparency.
5.Financial & Procurement Management:
Procure competitive rates from trainers and other suppliers to optimise project budgets.
Support the collection of outstanding bills by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
6.Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and emerging technologies in corporate learning.
Continuously enhance project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a thought leader, sharing insights and best practices within the Success Team.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the training, consultancy, or education sector.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, trainers, and internal teams.
Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess project risks and implement proactive solutions.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Experience in managing training programs, corporate learning solutions, or L&D projects.
Knowledge of AI-driven learning platforms and digital training tools is an advantage.
