Role Summary:
As a Project Manager – Special Projects & Implementation, you will oversee and manage strategic projects across the orgnisation while driving the implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of JV Program, you will balance project management responsibilities with a hands-on approach to ensure successful delivery and adoption of projects. This role requires strong project management expertise coupled with the ability to coordinate and execute cross-functional implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Coordinate with JV central and divisional management to track progress and address risks or issues proactively.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring stakeholders are updated regularly on progress and challenges.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk registers, and post-project reviews.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, projects and tools across operational divisions
- Create detailed implementation plans, aligning with project goals and operational requirements.
- Support change management efforts, including training and communication, to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with DSV division leaders to customize implementations per business needs.
- Conduct testing and provide feedback to ensure new systems and processes meet operational standards.
- Support the development and enforcement of a PMO framework in Neom, standardizing project management practices in line with corporate PMO.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project execution efficiency.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a PMO or cross-functional project setting with focus on Logistics.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of adaptability, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms.
