Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - MEP to join their team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering high-quality Social Infrastructure programs that support Vision 2030. As a Project Manager - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring their successful delivery from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee MEP projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure MEP designs meet project requirements and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary actions to mitigate them. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and standards. Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools. PMP certification is a plus.
