The Project Manager - Marina is responsible for managing marina development and operational projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing construction, upgrades, maintenance, and general operations of marina facilities. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marina projects from inception through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Manage the allocation of resources and staff effectively.
- Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
