Job Description

The Project Manager for Inline Pipeline Inspection (ILI) plays a crucial role in the oil and gas sector, particularly in ensuring the integrity and safety of pipeline operations. This position requires extensive experience in project management, specifically within the crude petroleum and gas extraction industry. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pipeline inspection projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage inline pipeline inspection projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
  3. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation, to meet inspection requirements.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and address challenges.
  5. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are followed during pipeline inspection activities.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
  8. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  9. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.
  10. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing among team members.
