The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of health sector projects, including supervising project offices and leading project teams. This role involves implementing strategic initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in project management within the administrative field, particularly in health-related projects, and hold a PMP certification.
 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and oversight to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project offices and coordinate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to handle potential project issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements in project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance and streamline processes.
 Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the health sector or a similar administrative field.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project risks and issues.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
