The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also involves managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards, contractual obligations, and company quality policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of construction and engineering processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage risks effectively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to track expenses and maintain financial control.
