Job Description

The Project Manager in Construction plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to facilitate smooth project execution. This role is crucial in the construction industry, particularly in Buraidah, where infrastructure development is rapidly advancing.Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.Oversee procurement processes for materials and services required for construction.Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Evaluate project performance upon completion and identify areas for improvement.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
