About the job PROJECT MANAGER - COMMAND CENTRE IMPLEMENTATION
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Park Operations Management System Expert to oversee the implementation of CmdCentr, a Smart Park Operations Management System. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and operational readiness of the system, working closely with internal stakeholders, system vendors, and third-party integrators. You will be part of the Master System Integrator (MSI) team, ensuring seamless coordination between IT systems and business operations for a world-class entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of CmdCentr, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure system configuration, data migration, and testing activities are aligned with business needs.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system validation before go-live.
Stakeholder Coordination & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between the CmdCentr vendor, MSI team, IT teams, and park operations.
- Work closely with the Master Service Integrator (MSI) team to ensure system compatibility, integrations, and interoperability with other park systems (e.g., ticketing, security, maintenance, IoT devices).
- Engage with park operations teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and drive system adoption.
System Integration & Technical Oversight:
- Ensure seamless integration between CmdCentr and other park systems such as:
- Access control & ticketing systems
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- IoT sensors & surveillance systems
- Incident & emergency response platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT security and data governance policies.
Reporting & Governance:
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, system implementation, and integration, preferably in the entertainment, theme park, or hospitality industry.
- Strong experience overseeing Smart Park Operations Management Systems (e.g., CmdCentr, Rides Management, Incident Management, Security Monitoring, and IoT Integrations).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, incident management, and park operations workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
