Project Manager – Architectural Engineering

The Project Manager – Architectural Engineering will oversee and review architectural activities, ensuring that all works align with approved designs and specifications. This role involves reviewing project execution, managing progress, and providing recommendations to the client.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural work plans and timelines, proposing recommendations.
• Monitor key milestones and alignment with design and safety standards.
• Assess progress, report any delays, and suggest adjustments.
• Review project plans, focusing on compliance with architectural specifications and standards.
• Review, assess, and track all approved registers on a regular basis with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are updated, address identified concerns, and support effective risk and issue management and resolution.
• Propose mitigation measures and/or corrective actions related to cost overruns.
• Conduct meetings with the client to review progress and address key concerns.
• Escalate critical issues as needed, ensuring the project remains on track.
• Ensure documentation is complete and the knowledge management library is maintained and up to date.
• Oversee project-related documentation handover to the client for their records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in architectural project management with a focus on strategic oversight.
• Strong review, communication, and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
