Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our team at Probuildersa. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of on-site project management, particularly in finishing work for high-end projects such as hotels, palaces, and malls.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality finishing work and project completion within time and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status and performance.
- Manage and supervise finishing work, ensuring the use of high-quality materials and advanced techniques.
- Implement safety protocols and quality standards on-site to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges related to construction activities or project coordination.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on on-site project management and finishing work for high-end projects (hotels, palaces, malls, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of finishing materials and techniques; experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
- Proven expertise in construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
