Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Predict and manage resources efficiently to achieve objectives.
- Develop and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare detailed project plans, scheduling key milestones and activities.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals.
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts, assigning tasks and tracking deliverables.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor and report project status to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks while adjusting for changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt to dynamic environments and adjust plans as needed.
- Represent the company in internal and external committees/organizations.
- Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Maintain flexibility for after-hours commitments and weekend work when necessary.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship programs such as accelerators, incubators, bootcamps, and venture-building initiatives.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (speaking & writing).
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage programs end-to-end, including project/program management, client interactions, and event planning.
- Ability to oversee and drive operations in fast-paced environments.
- Creative problem-solver with a track record of delivering results with limited resources.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Passion for social innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to quickly grasp different business models and industries, providing valuable strategic insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills, working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
