Participate in design and ensure implementation of project management strategy to successfully manage and deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.
Contribute to development of project management strategy for major/ complex projects and programs in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects Plan and ensure delivery of major projects as per required quality standard, on time and on budget, Draft and control project budget and management of project expenditure to ensure that it is within the constraints of the budget Lead pipeline prioritization, review project management and monitor project progress and status Ensure identification of project risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely manner Periodically re-evaluate and adjust project goals, ensure alignment with concurrent projects and support implementation of project results Present structured analysis of customer requirements and propose solution/ project which aims to meet the needs of the customer Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommends new/ alternate approaches Advise on technical/ business process topics to ensure proper understanding and enhance the effectiveness of significant activities Administer an effective governance structure to support project implementation Ensure targeted training measures on relevant project management topics and tools Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification More than 6 years within the same field Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.
