Key Responsibility 


  • Interprets and verifies industry standards, guidelines and codes for project deliverables
  • Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with prime contract requirements
  • Leads technical discussions with customer and supplier
  • Know the technical requirements of the project; implement them and help others to accomplish the same
  • Participate in Continuous improvement and other improvement initiatives by assembling and evaluating data and recommending improvements
  • Is responsible for commercial or public sector, technical contractual activities on one or more projects of various sizes
  • Is the company’s prime contact with the client and as such is responsible for promoting continuing relations
  • Responsible for the full performance of every phase of a major project or a group of smaller projects 
  • Responsibilities include planning, directing, supervising and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of contractual activities
  • May supervise one or more lower level Project Managers or the entire project staff
  • BS or MS degree is required
  • Relevant years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Professional Engineering certification in related discipline is preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
