Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Managing and overseeing subcontractors and vendors
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
- Communicating effectively with all project team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Providing regular reports to senior management on project status and progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
