Job Description:


The Event Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of event logistics, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful and memorable events.


Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.
  • Leading teams from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion.
  • Balance creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management duties.
  • Assign the team with specific tasks and make sure the work is accomplished.
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
  • Work with and finalize the preparation of technical proposal with the design and operation team
  • Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the project execution.
  • Management of client relationships on-site and attendance in daily operation meetings with the client.
  • Ensure that all the project deliverables have taken place as per the SOW.
  • Follows up and collects post-event assessment after the event.
  • Fulfill other related responsibilities of a show caller:
  • Provide accurate rehearsal notes following consultation with the director.
  • Distribute daily to the production and creative teams.
  • Produce a prompt copy for cueing the final showpiece.
  • Assist the Lead Stage Manager with the pastoral care of the company and creative team throughout the rehearsal and show period.
  • Attend and contribute to production meetings. Fulfill other related responsibilities of a Media Producer:
  • Meet with a media project director to discuss the project's vision, timeframe, and budget.
  • Networking with industry professionals to identify new professional opportunities.
  • Plane the overall objectives of a media project.
  • Create and oversee the production schedule. Track progress on a media project and make changes to plans if needed.
