Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and management of a fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-discipline engineering project, with a strong focus on quality control, engineering integrity, and efficient planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale fiber pipeline project.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure project milestones are met and standards of quality are upheld.
• Coordinate the interfaces between different engineering disciplines and integrate project activities.
• Implement robust project control mechanisms to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with both local and international engineering standards and practices.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of construction and management experience, with at least seven (7) years in senior management roles.
• Proven track record in the organization and control of large, multi-discipline engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure.
• At least five (5) years of experience working in the Middle East or similar environments.
• Strong background in quality control, project planning, and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
