Job Description

The Project Manager in the Technical Maintenance & Repair industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a highly organized individual with extensive experience in project management, particularly in technical environments. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
  6. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that contingency plans are in place.
  8. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned on objectives and deliverables.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
  10. Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in project management within the technical maintenance and repair sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  8. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  9. Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
  10. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
