About Mallsense

MallSense is a decision support system specifically designed for shopping centres. Its primary function is to collect sales data from tenants' point-of-sale (POS) machines and combine it with customer behaviour and footfall data. The system then uses this information to provide ready-to-use interfaces for mall, asset, marketing and operations managers, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to enhance the mall's performance and increase sales.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and communicative individual to join our team for a full-time role based in Riyadh, KSA. The project involves liaising with tenants of a shopping center to facilitate the integration of an automated sales collection system. Our client is one of the biggest property investment companies is the KSA.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with shopping center tenants regarding the process of implementing the automated sales collection system (advanced or fluent Arabic is mandatory).
• Conduct meetings with tenants primarily online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Follow predefined scripts for all communications.
• Translate and verify emails and materials from English to Arabic.
• Work collaboratively with an English-speaking manager to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Manage communications and coordination tasks.
