The Project Manager will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and high-quality standards while managing risks, permits, and safety regulations. They will lead the cross-functional teams, coordinate with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress, budget and milestones. The company focuses on the development of hospitality projects and mixed-use assets.DescriptionProject Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate on-site activities, and manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and licenses, ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and address any legal or regulatory requirements.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal staff, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability.Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, track expenditures, and assist with client billing as necessary.Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Development Director on project progress, challenges, and milestones through both verbal and written communication, including detailed reports.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth project operations. ProfileAn ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Master's Degree or PMP preferred.
