We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and delivering complex projects within a PMO environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project success and contribute to the overall growth and maturity of our PMO function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and risk management.
- Oversee project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with the PMO standards and governance framework.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools in alignment with the PMO’s best practices.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
- Act as a mentor and coach to other project managers, contributing to their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment between departments and projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
