Could you be the full-time onsite Project Engineering Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned project engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and shape the future of transportation systems by managing the technical relationship with the Consortium and the client. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design, Test & Commissioning, and R&D), choose and validate performance calculation hypotheses, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Validating the system Specifications and the interfaces specifications produced by your team,
Controlling the System configuration and requirement management in accordance with the design milestones of the project,
Managing Design Changes related to the transport system definition throughout the project lifecycle,
Following the Preliminary and Final Designs progress,
In relationship with the Project Test & Commissioning Manager, preparing the VTA activities,
Leading, developing and motivating the Engineering Project / Tender team,
Implementing the Methods and Engineering tools,
Ensuring the carry-over from previous projects and current R&Ds,
Supporting the Project Manager

Degree in Engineering or related field,
Experience or understanding of managing technical relationships with consortiums and clients,
Knowledge of performance calculation methodologies and system specifications,
Familiarity with system configuration and requirement management,
Excellent communication and leadership skills,
Ability to manage and oversee design changes throughout the project lifecycle,
Proficiency in monitoring design progress and managing project milestones,
Experience in coordinating with Test & Commissioning Managers for Validation, Testing, and Acceptance (VTA) activities,
Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating engineering teams,
Competence in implementing engineering methods and tools,
Adept at leveraging knowledge from previous projects and current R&D to enhance project outcomes,
Supportive collaboration with Project Managers to ensure project success
