Job Description

  • Supports PM for delivery of LoB projects (Medium& Mega) and acts as PM as per given delegation.  
  • Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards. 
  • Key KPIs include:  
  •  Accumulative subordinates PM’s KPI’s 
  • Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs 
  • Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager. 
  • Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise. 
  • Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies. 
  • Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project. 
  • Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client. 
  • Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager. 
  • Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager. 
  • Make sure that procedures followed and to determine if specified steps were taken.
