Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
● Assist the project manager in reviewing contracts, and designs, and understanding technical specifications.
● Actively coordinate with the project manager in preparing and delivering project documents and tracking progress.
● Monitor engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and applying needed corrections.
● Aid in preparing and reviewing project cost sheets and required guarantees.
● Verify the validity of technical decisions and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality standards.
● Review and execute procurement activities in collaboration with the project manager.
● Prepare and regularly provide progress reports internally and externally.
● Oversee technical control and coordination in all aspects of project work from design to delivery and closure.
● Actively participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and solve problems.
● Ensure efficient communications with stakeholders internally and externally.
● Organize and participate in meetings to monitor work progress and apply mitigation plans in case of delays.
● Issue necessary manufacturing orders, monitor production progress and ensure updating of all necessary designs.
● Assist in issuing invoices, and requesting bank guarantees simultaneously with supervising necessary codes and standards.
● Support client communication, and maintain professional relationships.
● Develop project-specific safety programs in coordination with the safety manager and document project changes and delays
for future claims.
Qualifications: Industrial Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
