Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join one of our clients in the Manufacturing Industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our operations. If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for managing complex projects and a strong background in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute manufacturing projects from initiation through completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Use Power BI to analyze project data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using MS Project.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimations.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.


Skills

Requirements:

  • PMP certification required.
  • Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project for managing schedules and resources.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A background in process optimization or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
