We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and manage a diverse range of projects within our exciting Arenas team of our Sports business unit. This role is integral to driving project success, ensuring that all initiatives align with our strategic goals and adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across various disciplines, fostering collaboration and communication to maximize project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, milestones, and resource needs.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate, mitigate, and manage project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
- Manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external resources to support project delivery.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams.
