This is a unique opportunity to oversee and manage the interfaces between various project components to ensure seamless and efficient delivery. You will work collaboratively across multiple teams to harmonize efforts, enhance communication, and integrate processes for our exciting, large-scale developments.


Responsibilities
  • Lead Interface Management: Oversee and manage the interface management processes across multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders and project teams.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for effective interface coordination, focusing on minimizing risks, conflicts, and overlapping responsibilities between teams.
  • Facilitate Interface Meetings: Organize and lead interface meetings, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and milestones among all involved parties.
  • Prepare Interface Management Plans: Create comprehensive interface management plans and documentation that will guide project teams throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Monitor & Report on Interface Issues: Continuously monitor interface-related issues, report on them, and propose actionable solutions to improve project efficiency and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all interface aspects are effectively managed and aligned with project goals.
  • Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Assist in resource allocation and budgeting considerations specific to interface management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Promote Collaborative Culture: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within project teams.
