Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and experienced Project Director, Hotels. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of hotel projects that align with our vision for an extraordinary entertainment and leisure destination. Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle hotel project management, from initial concept development through to final handover and operational readiness.
- Develop and manage project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design and build quality aligns with brand standards and project goals.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards, while managing schedules and budgets effectively.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and updates with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively.
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with various contractors, vendors, and external partners.
- Support the transition to operational readiness by ensuring that all systems and processes are in place before opening.
- Implement best practices in project management that ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
