As an Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are executed within scope, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Lead and manage execution of large-scale construction projects.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Supervise and guide project teams, including managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and industry standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
