Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible to maximize project profitability.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and take necessary actions to ensure project milestones are met according to the agreed timeline.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance and motivation.
  • Ensure project activities comply with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment and avoid potential legal issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance project efficiency, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, providing regular project updates, and seeking feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement sustainable practices within the project, such as energy-efficient design, waste management strategies, and eco-friendly construction materials.
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise during the project, mediating between different parties and finding amicable solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for project team members, providing constructive feedback, identifying training needs, and recognizing outstanding contributions.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the project team, promoting continuous learning and best practice dissemination to improve overall project performance.
  • Develop contingency plans and response strategies for unexpected events or emergencies that may impact the project timeline or budget.
  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders to address concerns, promote community involvement, and ensure the project benefits all relevant parties.

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of 22 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. PMP certification is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of construction and engineering practices, specifically in complex and innovative projects like Neom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members towards project success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
