Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project development activities from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and obstacles to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in project development roles.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
