We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team as part of the Tamheer program. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the cybersecurity sector.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring they are executed on time.
• Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
• Help organize project meetings and monitor action items.
• Support the project manager in budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Assist in risk management and issue resolution efforts.
• Conduct research and gather information relevant to project needs.
