TROJENA (The Mountains of NEOM) will be an iconic, world-class destination, blending natural and developed landscapes and will offer unique experiences for residents and visitors alike. Located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia in the region of Tabuk just 50km from the coast, TROJENA will be a destination like no other on earth. Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities.

With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to support the delivery of this iconic destination.

The Reporting Engineer will develop and deliver timely and reliable data insights supporting project. The role holder will work with the existing team to provide the Client direction and guidance on implementation of best practices. Ensuring competent and consistent use of standard processes, systems and tools and quality of all reporting deliverables and associated performance analysis. There will be a focus on continuous improvement and best practice reporting to drive high performance delivery and achieve key success metrics. The role holder will ensure processes are in place, adhered to and continuously improved to ensure that they are practical, embedded and connected to all key stakeholders. The Reporting Engineer covers the reporting element in a fast paced and demanding environment. This role requires direct involvement in production.

• Direct accountability for the timeliness and quality of presentations for the Project Director to deliver to visiting Executives, Client, and external parties and Ad hoc reporting.
• Organization and management of regular multiple priority outputs, including but not limited to.
• Production of the Monthly Progress Report for submittal to the Client.
• Production of the Weekly Progress Reporting to the Client.
• Coordination and production of a variety of presentations for the Client and Project Director.
• Prepare reporting outputs that provide deep insights into issues and risks to successful project.
• Explore opportunities to optimize existing tools and processes to promote collaborative working.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project reporting processes, tools, and procedures.
• Liaising with and challenging delivery teams to ensure that the status of projects and issues are appropriately presented, and project information meets required data standards, driving transparency and collaboration.
• Contribute to equality of opportunity, social inclusion, fair employment, and environmental sustainability, creating open, inclusive, and engaging environment.
• Production and management of key project controls processes.
• Is expected to be ready to provide deliverables at short notice per management direction.
   

Requires Relevant Degree in degree Engineering, Procurement and Construction related fields of study (or international equivalent) and 15 years of relevant experience in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction environment.
 

• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective communications at all levels of project organization, especially senior and executive management.
• Aptitude for graphic organization, presentation, and production.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize as project deadlines require.
• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Heavy Civil operations.
• Understanding of PMC standards, processes, and procedures.
• Familiarity with Project Controls processes.
• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement and Construction related fields of study
• Experience - Fifteen years of experience in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• Technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to perform and deliver in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Education – Relevant Degree in Engineering, Procurement and Construction related fields of study
• Experience - Fifteen years of experience in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction environment.
