Project Controls Director

THE ROLE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the project controls team. Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements. Developing project controls standards, policies, and procedures . Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls . EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience. Minimum overall experience 20 years Minimum experience 10 years in similar role . Minimum 5 years of Middle East work experience Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities . Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques . Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, cost, and risks, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous Excellent report writing skills.
