We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
As the Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls for our client's construction projects in Madinah. This includes developing and implementing project control procedures, monitoring project progress, analyzing project data, and providing regular reports to the project team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project control procedures to ensure effective project management and delivery
- Monitor project progress and performance against established baselines and identify potential risks and issues
- Analyze project data and provide regular reports to the project team and stakeholders
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress
- Manage project cost control, including budget development, monitoring, and forecasting
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Lead project risk management efforts and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on project control processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of project control activities
- Conduct regular project control meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia and work on a full-time, expat basis
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
