JOB PURPOSE
Supporting the Project managers and leaders in projects execution.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
BOM activities including Pricing
- Price the engineering BOQ with existing prices and new item’s price from costing team.
- Mark the newly identified item in each BOQ.
- Create items in LN.
- Cross verification of existing order rates & request missing prices from costing.
- Ensure the received RFQ’s / Add. purchase orders are properly logged in pipeline and project folder.
- Ensuring the request carries the updated system summary and product drawings to coherent with BOQ.
- Ensure to attend all assigned request tickets and close them within the agreed SLA.
Request For Production
- Matching Blanket order with the customer PO / Site call off.
- Ensure availability of SS, Product Drawing, CRSD, approvals, other mandatory
- Prepare RFP form and order pack for SOP.
- Alert the PM/PL when the release exceeds blanket order value to obtain a change/covering order or approval from client/management.
Document Control
- VDRL.
- Document Distribution.
- Control of departments documents appearance, coding and validity including revisions.
- Transmittals.
- Manufacturer Record Book.
- Filling.
Other Support
- Project Control Sheet.
- Project Progress Reports.
- Inspection notifications.
- Bond requests.
- Request For Quotation.
- Materials Requisition preparation.
- BOQ compilation for LD /Claim.
HSE
- Maintain company HSE performance.
- Report any incidents, accidents or risks.
SPAN OF Communication
- Internal: PM/PLs, Departments project representatives.
- External: Client document control interface
