We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of technology solutions. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the project's objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Act as the main point of contact for our clients and provide regular updates to clients.
Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular financial updates.
Enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action items and project status reports.
Regularly travel within the MENA region as required to collaborate with on-site teams and support project needs.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering or related field, MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in the FinTech industry.
Strong understanding of financial services and technology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
PMP certification is a plus.
Fluent English in both verbal and written communication, Arabic is a plus.
Willingness and ability to regularly visit our clients for project-related activities.
