We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and incentives program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel
management, particularly within the technology industry, and a deep understanding of incentive program design, implementation, and measurement.
Responsibilities
● Program Management:
○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of incentive programs, including program launch, communication, and ongoing management.
○ Monitor program performance against established KPIs and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
○ Manage program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
● Vendor Relationship Management:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for the incentive programs, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship.
○ Negotiate and manage incentive program terms and conditions.
○ Ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements.
● Data Analysis and Reporting:
○ Analyze program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
○ Prepare regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and insights.
○ Provide recommendations for program optimization based on data analysis.
● Team Collaboration:
○ Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective program execution and support.
○ Partner with finance teams to manage program budgets and track ROI.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in channel management, preferably within the technology industry.
● Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing incentive programs.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
● Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience working with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
● Familiarity with the cloud ecosystem and channel programs is a plus.
