We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our client’s team in the aviation sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring coordination and resource optimization
- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that program objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- Saudi National with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic execution
- Industry experience in Aviation, Technology, Aerospace, Defense, or related fields is a bonus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
