Job Summary:
The Integrated Program Controls Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing program scheduling, controls, and performance to ensure they meet specified targets. This position demands proficiency in scheduling, analysis, and program controls management methodologies.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain program schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Implement and manage program controls processes, including cost control, risk management, and performance measurement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and obtain necessary inputs for program control activities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in program scheduling, controls, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in program controls management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
