Job Description
Help AG is looking for an experienced and skillful Professional Services Manager who will be responsible to lead and support the integration team in KSA to deliver all technical related tasks including projects, POCs and onsite support tasks with the right level of quality and to maintain the needed technical skillset as per the company strategy.
In addition, the Professional Services Manager will also be responsible for all operation tasks including backlog retirement, team utilization, forecasting revenue, reviewing and approving timesheets, expenses, budget development, hiring, promotions, time off, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assign Projects, POCs and onsite technical requests to the team member.
- Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to the team and to ensure they are aligned with sales/presales phase.
- Act as point of escalation when it is related to the team technical skillset or availability and align with vendor management team for vendor support.
- Check regular project container updates, status, expected completion date, and documents being uploaded.
- Ensure the timesheet are being logged in on a weekly basis and submit the weekly unitization report to the team.
- Manage the team productivity and manage the utilization levels within the monthly targets.
- Interaction and communication with all parties including Sales and Vendor Management team to align on enablement needs.
- Evaluate team members by conducting a periodic performance review.
- Identify recruitment needs and staff the appropriately skilled resources to accomplish delivery goals.
- Create and maintain a healthy team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as PS manager or any role similar to it.
- Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment.
- Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
- Have the potential to manage and lead a team of consultants of all skill levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management and resource planning.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Uses analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency to provide solutions and new ideas.
- Ability to forge strong relationships within all parties including clients, partners, and within the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
- Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal oriented.
- Ability to communicate / translate to Customer-level.
- Being able to understand complex business processes and activities.
- Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements.
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) experience required.
