1. Directs the maintenance and staff activities engaged in maintenance planning, inspection, repair
and servicing of assigned aircraft and associated support equipment.
2. Plans
and schedules work assignments, workloads and maintenance procedures.
3. Analyze
reports and maintenance plans to determine requirements for specialists.
4.
Coordinates with Supply, Operations, and other maintenance activities to
improve procedures and resolve problems.
5.
Maintain complete and process Personnel Management Reports such as Attendance
Reports, Medical Excuses and Time Sheets.
6. The
Production Superintendent position is a Maintenance position wherein the duties
trend towards dealing with technical issues and job protection.
1. Requires
a minimum of 7 ‘years’ experience in AFSC 43171/452XX/2A373A, or equivalent
maintenance specialty of which two years must have been associated with F-15
system support
2.
Qualification as an F-15 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist is mandatory.
3. In
addition, a minimum of one (1) year experience in performing or supervising
functions such as installation, repair and modification or overhaul of aircraft,
aircraft systems and components are mandatory.
4. Must
have in depth knowledge of policies and procedures relating to aircraft safety
and training.
5. Must
be proficient in communications skills necessary to write reports and conduct
on the job training.
6. Must
have skills necessary to plan and schedule assigned resources to ensure
aircraft are available to meet operational requirements.
