Role Summary: 


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Manufacturing and Filling Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment, ensuring the accurate and efficient filling of pharmaceutical products. The position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, and quality control procedures.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintains Good manufacturing & good documentation practice
  • Assists the lines operators to run the lines smoothly and maintenance the machine efficiency.
  •  Perform change over & machine operation
  •  Return & take machine part from machine to storage when need
  •  Preserve machines & parts during handling from damages or broken
  • Perform & check the information printed/ imposing in Manufacturing/packaging/ filling/ semi-Products or materials
  •  Perform all work related to semi product/ Filling/ Packaging procedure as stander operating procedure.
  • Entering data on logbook & document on time
  • Machine maintenance
  • Machines Trouble Shooting.
  • Prepare and setup equipment for sterile manufacturing and filling processes.
  • Weigh and measure raw materials using calibrated balances and scales.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures.
  •  Participate in routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
  •  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing and filling operations, in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of line clearance techniques and cleanroom procedures.
  • Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality control processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
